Calling all women to join us for a sacred evening of breath, sound, and deep restoration: a safe and nurturing space for women to come exactly as they are through this powerful and restorative Women’s Evening of Deep Renewal.

The evening opens with a guided breathwork journey allowing you to release what is meant to transform and support you in reconnecting with your inner essence. As the breath opens pathways to clarity and renewal, you will then be bathed in the soothing vibrations of sound healing, gently integrating the experience and inviting deep relaxation. Following this, we will come together in a heart-centered sharing circle, a space of gentle witnessing and reflection. Here, you are invited—if you feel called—to share the essence of what you are renewing in your life. There is no pressure, only an opportunity to be seen, heard, and held in the presence of other women.

We will close the evening with a soft and intentional rose blessing honoring the beauty of your journey and the sacred space we have created together. Come as you are....breathe, release, restore, and simply be.
